For our sales department, we are looking for a
Key Account Manager Eastern Europe (m/w/d)
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to grow market share in Eastern Europe (Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia)
- Identify and approach new business opportunities; actively acquire and develop new customers
- Manage and expand long-term relationships with existing key accounts
- Present and demonstrate technically complex products tailored to customer needs
- Lead negotiations and successfully close contracts
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Represent the company at trade fairs, industry conferences, and regional marketing events
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Support to ensure excellent customer service
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and strategic updates to management
- Travel extensively within the assigned region
Your Qualifications:
- University degree in a technical or commercial field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Business Administration)
- Minimum of 5 years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in industrial or technical environments
- Experience in the sealing or insulation industry is a strong advantage
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confident and persuasive in presentations, negotiations, and closing deals
- Self-motivated, proactive, resilient, and a strong team player
- Fluent in English; knowledge of one or more Eastern European languages is a plus
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the Eastern European region
