For our sales department, we are looking for a

Key Account Manager Eastern Europe (m/w/d)

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to grow market share in Eastern Europe (Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia)
  • Identify and approach new business opportunities; actively acquire and develop new customers
  • Manage and expand long-term relationships with existing key accounts
  • Present and demonstrate technically complex products tailored to customer needs
  • Lead negotiations and successfully close contracts
  • Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, industry conferences, and regional marketing events
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Support to ensure excellent customer service
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and strategic updates to management
  • Travel extensively within the assigned region

Your Qualifications:

  • University degree in a technical or commercial field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Business Administration)
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in industrial or technical environments
  • Experience in the sealing or insulation industry is a strong advantage
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Confident and persuasive in presentations, negotiations, and closing deals
  • Self-motivated, proactive, resilient, and a strong team player
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of one or more Eastern European languages is a plus
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the Eastern European region
